This weekend class includes meditation instruction and practice, personal interviews and group discussions, and talks by senior instructor, Marcy Henry Fink.   $75 includes lunches and book.   No one will be turned away for lack of funds.   Call 262-8352 to pre-register.

Shambhala Training is a series of contemplative workshops suited for both beginning and experienced meditators.   The fruition of Shambhala Training is to uncover the wisdom and compassion that exists within every human being.

About Marcy Henry-Fink: Marcy has been a student of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche since 1977 and is currently Resident Co-Director of Shambhala Training Los Angeles. For several summers she has been a meditation instructor and Coordinator of Practice for programs at Shambhala Mountain Center. She is a stress management consultant for Boeing and lives in LA with her husband and 2 teenage sons.
